Patricia Benavides

Im Patricia, spanish woman living in Zürich since 2015.
I trained as a cook in a kitchen school in Spain and began to train as a sushi chef in the restaurant of the legendary Pacha nightclub in Ibiza where i spent 10 years of my life working and living la vida loca, km5 , Destino and Lio are as well in my list of working places in the island.
I love what I do and I love to make people happy trough my dishes.
Life and my passion for cook and discover new places took me to London as well, where I was working in Nobu a restaurant owned Robert De Niro and the sushi master Nobu Matsuhisa.
I was in important gastronomic conventions as Madrid Fusion presenting new sushi concepts.
Few months ago we just closed up after 6 months our own sushi bar(pop up) in which I had a lot of fun unleashing my creativity and growing up as a chef and as a person.
