I am a chef, food stylist and cookbook author from Port Elizabeth whose work can be found in the pages of the award winning Woolworths TASTE magazine. I’ve recently curated a menu for 'Jägermeister Enter the Woods' that collaborated African Traditional Cuisine with a taste of Urban Culture relevance. I am a restaurant critic for EAT OUT Magazine and my recipes are featured in the Great South African Cook Book as well as Apartamentos Annual Cook Book.
