I am in love with bar management and symphonic music. I really enjoy the process of finding those perfect flavors that are incompatible at first sight. Combinations of ingridients, interesting textures and improving them to the state of an ideal cocktail. It provides a storm of aromas and remains in the customer's memory. I am sure that both music and cocktails should always have their own nature and uniqueness. To create such unique cocktail for each guest I use my own experience as well as the visitor emotions.
