I’m a chef-bartender in a small cocktail bar, Nest, in Moscow and a co-owner of a Japanese bistro, NAU, in Saint-Petersburg. I have around 7 years experience in the industry. My work process focusses on the unusual concepts and styles. I’m always thinking about what I create and how I can do it in my own way.
