Ellie Raeside

My name is Ellie Raeside! I'm from Scotland and have been working in bars for around three years. I recently competed with Jägermeister in their 'Meister Hunter' competition and won the UK final last year. I currently work as Duty Manager in one of Edinburgh's most prominent cocktail bars called 'Tonic'.
