Jon O’Connor

My name is Jon O’Connor. I’m 34 years old from the Isle of Bute in Scotland. I’ve worked in the drinks industry for 15 years in one way or another. I catapulted myself into the world of cocktails and flair bartending at an early stage of my career and it shaped many of the things I have done.


I've been travelling round the world serving some of the most famous celebs, doing magic tricks and making cocktails at vaious events, and now I manage a distillery and bar on my home island.


I enjoy this industry so much as, at the heart of it all, it's about being social and enjoying times with your besties. Outside of the trade you will find me on a mountain top, or in a valley checking out local wildlife, or practicing archery at my home range.
