Cassandra Eichhoff

Formally known as one of the liquid-ladies in South Africa, Cassandra is part-owner and head instructor of EBS Cape Town which opened its doors in 2017. Prior to joining the school, she explored different avenues including mobile bar services, staff management and of course, bartending. The bar and beverage industry were increasingly gaining more interest to Cassandra, and so she realised that no matter what position she fell into, it was a timeless profession.
With EBS Cape Town, Cassandra finally found her forte. She thrives on teaching curious bartenders the art of mixing drinks, creating personal style behind the bar and helping them become their best, positive, self in the various aspects.
