I have been in the hospitality industry for 20 odd years. Started as a glass collector, worked as a kitchen aid, and assistedwhere I could as stage runner eventually progressing tosound engineer. Many years later, my experiences list managing various pubs, working as a sous chef, being the general manager of high-end cocktail bars, working as the promotion manager for music venues, and lastly starting my very own cocktail and event companyfuled with the love of the HC and my passion for Jager.
